Program Introduction

The Executive Development Programs (shorten as EDP) of the College of Economics and Management of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) is a non-degree education program designed for senior managers. Adhering to the development orientation of high level, internationalizing, openness and characteristic,  and relying on the abundant academic and social resources of the college, the program provides customized high-level training which meets the demand of short-termed, high-benefited and quick-effected personnel training of enterprises, public institutions and all levels of government departments.

Target Participants of Training

1. The managerial personnel designated by the entrusted work units;

2. The middle and senior management personnel of all kinds of enterprises, public institutions or government departments;

3. The executives, technical supervisors and business professionals of all kinds of enterprises, public institutions or non-government organizations;

4. Individuals from all walks of life who wish to improve their own knowledge of management.

Training period:

Short-term: 3 days to 10 days

Long-term: 1 month to 1 year
